These guys were just setting up their brand new division of One Agency when we signed on with them to sell our Rolleston home. Originally a division of Mike Perro Real Estate, Mike Goatley started his own franchise of One Agency with Fay Merry as his Licensed Salesperson. Things were a little hectic with new paperwork etc, but we were amongst their first customers and signed on during their rebranding and office relocation.
Our main sales agent was Fay Merry, and what a lovely, hard working lady! Many sales reps leave you feeling like their pushy, out for the money, and are too busy to care about you as a client. Fay was none of these, we loved her from the first meeting and were happy to work through their new business changes just so we could keep Fay as our sales agent.
She worked ridiculously hard, for both buyer and seller, and got the house sold within a couple weeks. We would definitely use her again, and recommend her to anyone trying to buy or sell in the Selwyn district.
