Total Trees Review

I had Chas and his team of arborists out to reduce the height of a row of pine and macrocarpa trees I have on my property. The trees were getting quite tall and while I rely on them heavily for windbreak, I thought they might start encroaching on the house with their shade if they were let to get much taller. Also, should the come down in some of the huge Canterbury gales we get, we’d clearly not want them crushing the house.

Chas was very helpful with his advice, making suggestions that would work for us and what we wanted to achieve. The price was really affordable which is always a bonus.

He and his team quickly and professional scaled our trees (I love watching them) and took the tops off the tallest trees. They are now a uniform height which will allow them to bush in a little more, and prevent them from getting too tall too quickly.

We’re quite remote, so I really loved that Total Trees were happy to come out. They actually service all of Canterbury, not just Christchurch, which is pretty cool.

The team at Total Trees are friendly and professional, and highly skilled arborists. I highly recommend them and will definitely have them back!
