Animates in Tower Junction is a great pet store with a huge range of products for your fish, dog, cat, bird or reptile. You probably won’t find much for horses, goats or sheep, but if you’ve got a small house pet then this is a good store for you.
Their prices are perfectly reasonable, with most things you might need. If its not in store, they’ll happily check their other branches for you, or order it in.
For people like me with pet fish, they are a wealth of knowledge about what they might need and how to care for them. You are encouraged to bring in a water sample and they will test it for free to check for ammonia and other nasties.
Conveniently located in the Tower Junction shopping centre, Animates might just be worth a slightly longer trip over some of the other pet stores in town.
